On Aug.13,2012 NDRC issued <Comprehensive utilization of vanadium and titanium and the twelfth five years plan for industry development>,which refer to task and plan about the vanadium ,titanium ,ilmenite,titanium slag and titanium dioxide(sulfate process and chloride process>.

Vanadium and titanium are our important strategy resource, it is immediate and difficult task to protect and develop them.the material with vanadium and titanium is multipurpose for building,car,rai way,healthcare,defense ,aviation etc. It is very important for industrial development and national defense by Strengthening Comprehensive utilization of vanadium and titanium and improving the sustainable development.NDRC made and issued <Comprehensive utilization of vanadium and titanium and the twelfth five years plan for industry development>,which refer to task and plan about the vanadium ,titanium ,ilmenite,titanium slag and titanium dioxide(sulfate process and chloride process>( hereinafter collectively called"THE PLAN").THE PLAN is the important guid for vanadium and titanium resource allocation high efficiency,adjusting industrial structure and innovation technology ,and it is the important basic for vanadium and titanium industrial base.
