The Vietnam premier issued the order that Vietnam forbid exporting the ilmenite from on July 1,2012.Vietnam is our biggest ilmenite supplier. As the forbidding ilmenite activities comes,the price of ilmenite in Panzhihua rose slightly. Right now the grade A ilmenite about RMB2400-2500/ MT(tax-exclusive). Two analysts and a trader forecast that the quotation of ilmenite in September and October in 2012 will be good.
