Jinghong Hutong Rubber Co.,ltd.with more than 1 million mu rubber plantation and factory which can produce 8,000 metric tons dry rubber per years was established with 100 million RMB in 1997.

It established its first titanium dioxide manufacture factory as well as research and development Centre, for titanium dioxide anatase grade with 200 million RMB in the year 2000, the factory is able to supply 50,000 tons of anatase yearly .

In 2003,our company as the only company in china which develop fiber grade and solubilize titanium dioxide, multipurpose for fiber, master-bath, waterborne paint, paper making, plastic, ink, paint etc.

It can produce more than 8000 MT anatase titanium dioxide after several technical innovation and capacity increasing in Fumin factory in 2004.

It established its titanium dioxide technical center for research and development of titanium dioxide production with 750 million RMB in the year 2005in fumin factory.

In 2006, the company invested to expand its quantity in titanium dioxide anatase factory in 2006,then the factory will be able to provide 30,000 MT of anatase Tio2.

In 2006, the company invested to found another manufacture Centre for titanium dioxide rutile grade in Panzhihua with annual capacity 60,000 metric tons, supplementary project being able to supply 150,000 tons of sulfuric acid and 80,000 tons of refined titanium slag.

400,000 metric tons of sulfuric acid factory was established in Fumin with 50 million RMB in 2010.

In 2011, the company invested to expand its quantity in titanium dioxide anatase factory, then the factory was able to provide 60,000 metric tons of fiber grade and paint grade titanium dioxide , the total output for the whole company of titanium dioxide will reach 120,000 metric tons(including both rutile and anatase grade).
